LPCD Entry Keyboard
The legal agreement governing your use of the application.
Last Updated: 30 June 2026
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the LPCD Entry Keyboard Android application ("the Software"), you signify your absolute agreement to these Terms. Your continued operation of this application constitutes your ongoing, legally binding acceptance of this contract.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase paid subscriptions. Furthermore, you assume total responsibility for ensuring that your operation of this data-entry software complies strictly with all applicable local, state, institutional, and national laws of your jurisdiction.
Shyama Database (Kanchan Sain) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, limited license to install and operate the software strictly as a typing utility on Android devices owned or controlled by you.
The software acts as a typing, data-entry, and automation assistance tool. Users are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying all names, roll numbers, student identifiers, marks, grades, calculations, and other educational records before exporting data or submitting information to any external portal.
You strictly agree NOT to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the APK. Utilizing cracked third-party versions, attempting to bypass Firebase backend licensing checks, or using the software in any unauthorized, unlawful, or fraudulent manner violates this agreement.
Premium features require an active paid plan (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly). All billing and transactions are handled independently by Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You must manage or cancel subscriptions directly via your Google Play Account settings.
Subscription purchases provide access to premium features as available at the time of use. Feature availability may change due to technical, legal, security, platform, regulatory, or third-party service requirements. Certain features may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued without liability where continued operation is no longer reasonably possible.
New users may receive a limited-time free trial. Upon expiration, automation access locks automatically until an active subscription is initiated. We reserve the right to revoke trial eligibility at any time if device-spoofing or account abuse is detected.
The Online Marks Entry feature is an optional convenience tool provided by the application. Access to this feature is subject to change.
The developer may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue this feature at any time due to technical requirements, security considerations, legal compliance, portal changes, maintenance activities, or other operational reasons.
All software source code, UI designs, visual styling, automation logic, and branding remain the exclusive property of Kanchan Sain (Shyama Database). This contract grants you a limited usage license, not ownership.
LPCD Entry Keyboard may provide optional Backup and Restore functionality to assist users in preserving locally stored application data and transferring information between devices authorized for use with the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this software.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The application is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. No warranty or guarantee is provided regarding uninterrupted portal availability, examination portal compatibility, or 100% bug-free operation.
The application is strictly a technical data-entry utility. No software feature, in-app tutorial, or generated spreadsheet constitutes legal, accounting, academic, or professional examination advice. Users must consult their respective school or department guidelines for compliance.
LPCD Entry Keyboard relies on the Android Operating System, Android System WebView, and certain third-party web technologies. Changes to operating systems, browser engines, web standards, security policies, portal websites, or API availability may affect application functionality.
If application distribution, updates, or functionality are restricted, suspended, or removed by platform providers, app stores, government authorities, educational portals, or other third parties, the developer shall not be responsible for resulting service interruptions or feature unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
Use of external infrastructure integrated into the app (Google Firebase, Google Play Services, YouTube tutorial links) is subject to the respective independent Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of those third-party corporations.
Shyama Database shall not be held liable for any service failure, license verification delay, or data disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). This includes severe telecommunications outages, cloud server crashes, network failures, acts of nature, cyber-attacks, or sudden policy shifts enforced by Google Play.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to certain application features, services, or Firebase Account UID functionality if payment fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized APK tampering, abuse of trial benefits, security violations, or material breaches of these Terms are detected.
Such actions may be taken immediately where reasonably necessary to protect the application, its users, infrastructure, or business operations. Any refund requests shall remain subject to applicable laws and the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made, including Google Play.
The application is an independent software utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected to any government department, education board, examination authority, or school administration. All trademarks and portal names remain the property of their respective owners.
The application functions as a specialized keyboard and data-entry utility. The software does not automatically submit forms, modify government systems, bypass security controls, or perform actions without explicit user interaction. All data submissions remain under the user's control and responsibility.
LPCD Entry Keyboard includes optional Auto-Fill, Random Fill, and related automation features designed to assist users with educational data entry tasks.
The Online Marks Entry feature is provided solely as a convenience tool to assist users with educational data entry activities.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of all marks, grades, student records, roll numbers, identifiers, calculations, and other information before saving, exporting, or submitting data to any portal.
The developer shall not be responsible or liable for any data loss, incorrect entries, rejected submissions, examination record errors, missed deadlines, penalties, account restrictions, administrative actions, financial losses, service interruptions, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Online Marks Entry feature.
All risks associated with the use of this feature remain solely with the user.
Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising out of or relating to the application, these Terms, or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kalna, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this website. Continued use of the application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
