Users may optionally import student data from Excel (.xlsx) files selected manually through the Android system file picker.

Imported data may include student names, roll numbers, Student Unique ID (UID), Student ID, gender, and other academic information required by the application.

Users may also export locally stored data (such as student marks entered by the user) to Excel (.xlsx), PDF, and printable formats using the device's built-in printing services.

All import, export, and printing actions are initiated manually by the user and processed entirely on the user's device using Android's secure Scoped Storage framework.

The application does not upload, transmit, store, or share imported or exported files with any external server or third party. Original Excel files selected by the user are read locally only for the purpose of populating the application's internal SQLite database.

5.4 Clipboard Copy Feature

The application may allow users to copy generated marks data to the device clipboard for the purpose of pasting into spreadsheets, documents, or other user-selected applications.

Clipboard copying occurs only when the user manually presses the copy button within the application.

The application does not read, monitor, collect, store, or transmit clipboard contents. The copied data remains under the user’s control and is handled entirely by the device’s operating system.

Clipboard data generated by the application is formatted only to assist with structured pasting into spreadsheets or other user-selected applications. The application does not retain clipboard data after copying.
This feature is purely a typing convenience tool and does not replace, interact with, or automate any government platform.

5.5 Subscription Verification

To ensure secure and valid subscription access, the application verifies all purchases using secure backend services.

Subscription verification is used strictly for access control and ensuring that users receive the correct premium features based on their purchase status.

Cloud-based account data, including login information and subscription status, remains stored until deletion is requested by the user.

Local SQLite database data (such as student marks and user-entered records) remains on the device until the user clears app data or uninstalls the application.

Temporary security logs and verification-related data may be retained only for a limited duration and are automatically deleted after processing or when no longer required.

After installation, users may receive a temporary trial period to evaluate the application's features. Once the trial period ends, continued use of the application may require an active premium subscription.

If a user does not agree with this privacy policy or no longer wishes to allow data processing, they may uninstall the application at any time, which will immediately stop all further data usage and processing.

23. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

This application utilizes the secure Google Play Billing system to handle all premium subscriptions and in-app purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, all payment processing, billing, and financial data management are handled entirely by Google Play. The LPCD Entry Keyboard does not collect, store, process, or have access to your credit card details, banking information, UPI data, or any personal financial data.

Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled by the user. Users can manage, modify, or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Google Play account settings.

To prevent fraud and ensure you receive your premium features securely, the application transmits a purchase token generated by Google Play to secure Firebase Cloud servers. This token is used strictly to verify the legitimacy of the transaction with Google before activating premium access.

Subscription status (active, expired, or canceled) may be securely stored and linked to the user account for access control purposes.

No personal typing data, keystrokes, student records, or locally stored content are ever transmitted or used during the purchase or verification process.
